By submitting this form, the client acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions: All sales and promotional discounts offered by MITO Distributions are valid until April 1st, 2026, unless otherwise stated. Only one (1) discount may be applied per client account, defined as a single company and/or primary contact name; multiple discounts are not combinable, and the client must select which discount to apply. Discounts and promotional pricing apply only to designated eligible products, as not all SKUs are included in the offer. All prices, discounts, and product availabilities are subject to change without prior notice, and certain products may involve extended lead times or delivery delays. MITO Distributions reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, revoke, or limit any discount, sale, or promotional offer for any reason, including but not limited to misuse, ineligibility, or error. All deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
