In store pickup

In store pickups are always a viable option for certain products. MITO Distributions partners with different retailers in the Quebec area which also carry and sell our products in store. Depending on where you are located, at checkout you'll be sure to see the closest retail store or place of pickup for the product you plan to purchase.

 

After purchase, your order will be prepared at the desired pickup location, usually taking 1 business day to fulfill; However you will be notified if same-day-pickup is an option. Once ready, a “ready for pickup” email will be sent out to you. Once at the location, please present the receipt of the order as well as the confirmation email of pickup.

All orders require 1-2 business days only for fulfillment and preparation before shipping.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping rates are calculated in real-time at checkout based on the delivery address. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but may be subject to delays due to shipping congestion.

 

Address & Delivery Requirements
At checkout, customers must specify whether their address is commercial or residential and indicate if Tailgate/Assisted Drop-Off is required. Failure to provide this information may result in delivery delays or additional charges.

 

Rate Adjustments & Changes
The shipping rate provided at checkout is an estimate and rarely but may be subject to change after purchase. Customers will be notified if any adjustments are necessary.

 

Tracking Information

Tracking numbers for your order will be sent to you by email as your shipment date approaches or on the day of shipment

• If shipping is unavailable at checkout for your address don’t worry! Please contact us to confirm delivery options. It is possible our shipping systems have not recognized your address.

• Our delivery personnel or third-party couriers are not trained or equipped to start or test machinery or products upon delivery.

• Weekend delivery options may be available depending on demand—please contact us for confirmation.
